RELA is a student-run group at the University of California Berkeley formed through a coalition of two well-respected campus groups, the Berkeley Energy and Resources Collaborative (BERC) and the Latin American and Hispanic Business Association (LAHBA).

RELA’s mission is to connect clean energy entrepreneurs, investors, policymakers and project developers in the US and Latin America by utilizing an extensive level of professional experience and connections at the Haas Business School and the larger UC Berkeley community.  The organization holds events, publishes content and serves as a network hub for Latin American energy professionals.
